• Respond to queries with an agreed script or even without a script with proper reasonable answers
• Respond to customer support queries by email or any other ticketing platform like Freshdesk helpdesk zendesk etc
• Phone support on call or even on zoom call support.

You have to provide your own system/dialer to handle calls because we do not include call charges in this.
